ABOUT

Data Centers were undoubtedly the most captivating story across all commercial property types during 2024.

Global demand was at unprecedented levels, asking rents grew at a double-digit pace, capital raising reached new thresholds, and hyperscale tenant cap-ex budgets hit record levels. All of this occurred at a time when supply restrictions intensified, making new inventory more challenging to bring online. As investors look towards what could be in store for 2025, odds are that supply/demand imbalance will persist, suggesting that Data Centers will remain in the spotlight for yet another year.
